Ultear is a pale-skinned woman with purple hair, and brown eyes. How she wears her hair varies from time to time. Ultear has a rather voluptuous figure, and she wears a long revealing dress, sporting a striped pattern. In combat she changes to a tight fitting battle outfit.Ultear always carrys a crystal ball with her that she uses for her powers and even as a weapon.
Personality:Ultear has a very shy and polite personality due to her past with her Father and is often nervous when ever she meets people that she dosen't know to the point were she won't speak or will hide behind one of the other Emperors as a sense of safety should she meet them alone. However when she feels comfrotable with them then she seems to act much like her mother or Jason due to them being the ones who helped her adjust to life away from her father and not being seen as a tool for others to use for their gains.
Much like the others of the four Ultear has learned how to keep her cool when she is in a fight and is well know for her skill in combat thanks to the training she has recived with the Other memebers. She is also very careing always ready to use her healing abilty on anyone injured as she see's it was what her powers are meant to do. Ultear is fond of children and often carrys a small amount of sweets on her to hand out or to sate her own sweet tooth. Ultear is often seen along side of her mother or Jason as those are the two that she works the best with.
Equipment:Crystal Ball:Ultear carrys with her a Crystal ball which allows her to focus her power in diffrent ways and can even allow her to see other area's much like the Proffesors Cerebro so long as someone knows who there looking for. It is very Durable even able to take an attack from Magus however it broke shortly after only of Ultear to repair it with her power.
Powers:
Time Manipulation:Ultear has the ablity to effect the flow of time around her to the point were she can move it forward or backward through time. This abilty only works on non-sentient beings however she is ably to heal sentient beings regardless of her powers rules which is an abilty she is the most fond of. Thanks to Ultear's power she is able see the time line of an object with a simple glance should she chose too thus allowing her to send the object to that point she can only see up to it's current state and not beyond as it has yet to happen.
Restore:Useing this abilty Ultear can restore an Object to anypoint in time such as restoreing a building or forest to a point before it was destroyed. Or she can even heal someone's scars or restore a limb that they lost with her power however this is know to be slightly painful.
Parallel Worlds: Ultear produces numerous copies of her orbs in the air that all represent "future possibilities" or "parallel worlds" of her orb's path.
Luminous Minutes: Ultear throws an orb above the target and it reproduces into numerous orbs that charge toward the target like light beams.
Flash Forward: Ultear produces numerous copies of her orbs in the air that all represent "future possibilities" of her orb's path, compresses all their futures, and redirects them all at her opponent to have them home in on her opponent in a devastating assault.
Infinite Sphere: Ultear sends her orb to hit her opponent in the stomach and then produces numerous copies of the orb which assault the enemy from every direction.
Telaportation:Ultear has the abilty to move her self and other freely through time and space as such she can telaport to other area's and with the use of her crystal ball can see the location she is going or sending someone before they arrive.
Telekinesis: Ultear uses this primarily on her orb. When used together with her Time abiltys, it makes a very effective physical weapon. She mainly uses telekinesis to barrage her opponents with hits with her orb.
Ice Manipualtion:Much like her Mother Ultear has to abilty to make and Control ice however she is no ware near as strong as her mother. As such she is unable to make copies of liveing creatures or people and can only make objects however due to her lack of training with this abilty it is very draining and she tends to avoid it.

Expert Hand to Hand Combatant: Ultear is also skilled in unarmed combat haveing been trained by the Westren Dragon himself and she took to her lessons quickly useing it as way to vent her hatred for her father.
Medical Training:Ultear is a trained medic haveing studied under Dragon shorlty after she was resuced from her father by him and her Mother and is often fond helping him as a nurse when he is working in the lab.
Weakness:
Nervous:Ultear is nervous around people that she dosen't know due to her past with her father and as such often is jumpy around people she is also jumpy at times and isn't very use to teaseing so she is easy to emabress.
Draining:Ultear's power's are very draining and over use of her abiltys can be dangoures for and can even cause her to black out should she over use her abiltys.
Power:Ultear's power is unable to effect Sentint things such as Humans or even dogs as such she can not age them forward in time and is only able to heal object's to a certin degree such as wounds from battle or healing scars that they have recived. Ultear can even restore limps that people have lost but only if they wish it or she choses.
Coner:Ultear is Tarafied of her Father to the point were in his Pressence she is unable to move and at time's even struggles to speak to him. Should sh beforced to fight him she is almost useless in the battle as such she often's defended by Dragon or her Mother to even Azuma to keep her safe from him.

History:Ultear is the Daughter of the Legendary Ice user Ul and her husband Coner. When Ultear was born it was said to be the first time that her mother had ever cried and Ul said that from that moment on Ultear was her sole reason for liveing and as such her name Became Ultear for her Mother's purpose and the tear that was shed. Normaly this would be the makeing of a happy family however Coner had other plans and in Ul's weakend state took Ultear from her and left planing to use the Girl for his own gains as Ultear had already showen signs of her power. and he saw a way for him to gain power and fourtune regardless of how Ul felt so he fled with the child.
For years Ultear would live with her Father doing as he commanded for fear of his anger beliveing what her Father had said about her mother leaveing her for being a freak and that she should be greatful that he had taken her in. Ultear would spend her early years with her Father beliveing that she was a tool for his own gains be it for money or power and she didn't know anybetter for a rather long time. when Ultear was fourteen she would learn the lies that her father had told her and would finaly learn the truth about her mother from the Source the woman herself. With help from Dragon her Mother was able to find her and take her father out of the Picture and she would learn the true story about what happend with a little Help from Mavis to show her the Story from her Mother's point of view.
It took two years for Dragon and Ul to help Ultear through her point of view about herself only being a tool for others to use and with there help she was finaly able to see herself as a person. After her Resuce and getting to spend time with People who didn't want to harm her and she decided to join the four Empoures and with the Aid of both her mother and Jason she became one of the seven warlords under the Dragon of the West and has been working along side them ever since. Ultear is currently aiding Jason in his planing by acting as a transportation unit of the Empoures to help them get around with he Telaporation abilty and is also their support unit thanks to her healing powers.
