Horus nodded as he sat with Jenna, trying to push his worries aside but it always seemed a futile effort when they always crept up on him again. It frustrated him to know his mind was always restless and many times he had found himself waking up during the night disturbed and shaken. Not that he would tell anyone about that, not even Jenna. "Glad he's at least doing alright and you as well."Horus said as he kissed Jenna lovingly on the cheek, smiling softly to her with knowing she was one of the few people he managed to get close to.

Jenna lent against him and sighed she could tell his mind was moving and she just wanted him close as he had always been. She looked up at him as she spoke. "Whats bothering you Horus?" she asked softly as she looked up into his eyes. " I have to admit, I felt you wake in the night I didn't want to say anything about it but...I worry about you." She said moving one arm around him to hold him closer to her. Orion whimpered and Jenna moved letting the boy feed from her a she looked down at him, waiting for Horus to answer.

Horus gently held Jenna a bit closer to his side, taking time to really answer her. She already knew then that he woke during the night, but it wasn't the only time it had happened and there was really no choice but to tell her, no more reason to keep her in the dark. "You were already aware that I have my nightmares just as you have your's Jenna but mine haven't faltered from what they use to be. I still can't get away from my past, from all I've ever done and the recent mission of rescuing the Xavier twins only prove the point."He told her and clenched his free hand.

HIs gaze was now fixed on the ground, remembering each strike and attack he had dealt to the guards back at the Vault during that mission, the battle lust that had taken over the draconic mutant. Horus couldn't surpress the shudder that ran through his body, ignoring the faint ache from his shoulder, "I've been seeking redemption from the wrongs I've done since I decided to join the X-men and left Sinister but it seems I can't escape that part of me when we are on some missions. I just fear the day that you and Orion would see me in my worse."He told her truthfully before looking once more at jenna.

Jenna lay on his lap and listened on hearing his final words she sat up and sat to face him on his lap " Horus on that day I will only see the man I fell in love with so will our son" she told him her hands caressing his face gently. Leaning forward she kissed him.

"We all have our dark side I know yours is and has been worse I accept that if I didn't I would not have seen the loving man and wonderful father you are, please, don't worry about us, Orion will only know the truth about his father and understand it too, as I do." she told him as she gently kissed his lips.

Horus listened to Jenna, gently wrapping his arms around her waist as he faced her and nodded slightly. It was true when everyone faced their dark side but sometimes not everyone turned away from it, some couldn't even resist it's calling to do some of the most destructive and unspeakable things. But at least the one he loved had accepted him no matter what he was or what he had been meant for, that was one thing Horus was thankful for and to have something that could direct that anger he once felt in battle.

"I promise you it won't be what I become again Jenna, not when I have you and Orion to look forward to each and every day we go through this war."He told her softly, resting a hand on her cheek as he kissed her hips softly and embracing her next with his large leathery wings, much like a tent.

Jenna felt him wrap a wing around her and she moved closer to him resting against him. the feel of it against her skin made her sigh as she slipped her arms around him and kissed him deeper " Horus I love you " she said softly " Odin is safe,happy and here and with a god mother that he has I doubt any one will get close to harm him." Jenna told him " but right now I just want you to hold me and do what you do best" she smiled up at him moving up his chest to sit on top of his lap. " just be you" she said softly and smiled at him.

Horus kissed Jenna back deeply for a moment before he looked at her with a soft smile,"I love you too Jenna and sometimes I just worry is all."He told her as he pulled her closer to his chest when she sat in his lap. With a slight smile on his face he wrapped both wings around himself and Jenna to encompass them in a bronze tent, save for their heads still being visible and he kissed Jenna on the forehead. "I don't know how I deserved an angel like you my dear but nothing will separate us, I promise."

Jenna lay on him and smiled as his wings encompassed them both her eyes never left his "As I do to deserve you Horus, I have had only one other who made me feel safe and you just blow him away, I feel like my whole life is right here with you and orion." she smiled down at him and lightly kissed his lips.

Jenna moved her lips to his ear and whispered softly to him while she shifted on his lap. " I'd like to train in the danger room first though" she said a seductive grin on her face. "That new sniper rifle of mine is playing up I think the scope is off a little" she smiled at him " I hope your scopes not off its target?" she chuckled.

Horus smiled slightly as he kissed Jenna back softly, finding himself once more relaxing for just being with the one he loved. It was one of the many things he loved when he was with the winged woman and for a while he could be without much of a care in the world. But he raised an eye brow slightly when seeing her seductive grin, beginning to wonder if she just wanted to have a round in the training room before he grinned at her last words. "Hm, I don't think so but how about we check,hm?"He said with a sly grin, gently kissing her neck.
