The Front steps of the manor is heavily armed with secret weapons on those who try to sneak in, someone is also on sentry duty watching the outside. However when the X-Men normally come out here, it doesn't seem that threatening.

Underground has the war room, several areas for practicing powers, a gym, Cerebro's room, several lab areas, and lastly there is the medical room. There are several rooms that are off limits to students like the War Room and Cerebro unless the staff members have given them permission.

The first floor acts as a lounging area for the members of the X-Men. There is a den, a poker room and a living room. All providing the comfort that the team needs when they're on their breaks.

The Second floor is where the homes of the X-Men reside. The rooms are large enough to fit two people per room. There are also several bathrooms and a large laundry room.

The Third Floor is dedicated to education, there are dozens of class rooms, computer rooms, the library, and there are study rooms here.

The Fourth Floor is home to the staff members, each one gets their own room and family members are close by to each other for easy contact. This area is off limits to the students, unless one of the staff members has permitted it.
