Apperance:Eva is a young hispanic/indian girl with dark toned skin and is quite flexible for someone her age. She is lithe and has started to get curves to her body since she is in the early stages of puberty. Her eyes are hazel green and her hair is a ebony black and goes down past her shoulders,though she often has it in a pony tail or braided. She weighs 105 lbs and is about 5'4 but still has some growing to do.
Her clothes often consider of t-shirts or shirts that fit her body shape with certain prints on them. Often this is floral designs and sometimes just random ones. She also likes to wear long pants or capris that are jeans or sometimes leather. Her shoes are often sandels, sneakers, and occasionally short heeled boots.
Personality:
Being as young as she is Eva is an energetic preteen and fairly bright for her age. She loves to learn new things and always is optimistic or happy, which she seems to lighten up the mood sometimes in a room. Surely she would be one to get along with most everyone and is certainly quite open minded and has a kind heart.
At the same time she can be cautious and watchful of new environments and people she meets. There are times she can hold her ground and show a more serious side but she may back down if this doesn't work. So in a sense she does show some of her childish side.

Powers:
Power Augmentation-Eva is able to strengthen abilities regardless if someone is a mutant, mutate, alien, or powered human. Though this is only a slight increase based off how much energy she can give at a time. This can be for almost every ability accept mutations such as altering body size, shape-shifting, body alterations, and malleable/elastic based mutations.This however lasts for short periods of time.
Visible energy glows red when in use.
Power Diminution-Eva can also weaken the powers of others by touching them or being within five feet of her. This also lasts only for a short time and is often done when she feels angry, threatened, or frightened. This affects strength, speed, stamina, durability, and regenerative healing abilities.
Visible Blue energy glows when in use.
Power Negation-Where Eva can strengthen or weaken powers she can also choose to completely stop them for as long as an hour. It can be any being within 30 feet of her and affects even those of Omega level mutants. These include superhuman and mutant abilities the are mentally controlled or by some other use and she is also able to stop most physical mutations that aren't already permanent such as wings or full body transformations having already occurred. Physical mutations affected are superhuman strength,stamina,speed, durability, regenerative healing abilities, and in some case senses.
Visible white energy glows when in use.
When older and power evolves:
Energy Manipulation-Eva can control the energy that is around her which glows in a brilliant dark orange when in use. She can create constructs, transfer the energy to weapons, or create energy blasts that have different degrees of strength. She can also enhanced her physical attacks and also use it for creating a Kinetic Supernova that is a shockwave sent out from built up kinetic energy that destroys everything 40 feet from her.She can also create a 'energy dragon' form that she controls with her own body movements like it's a living creature.
*Energy Dragon-A dragon that reaches 2 1/2 stories heigh and most often is pure energy. Though Eva can also choose to use the energy to turn herself into a true living creature that is lithe and slender in it's build with a triangular head shape. Spines run from from the middle of the head down to base of the neck then from the haunches to the tip of the tail covered by leathery like skin in contrast to her brilliant dark orange scales.The horns jut backwards at an angle being ivory white and black tipped, her talons re also black. She also bares long 10 foot bat-like wings,spiked armed underbelly, and cheek frills.

-Her younger age and childish behavior often make her vulnerable and an easy target.
-She also cannot affect those using magic or powers gained by magic or magic related. History:
Eva's life is a fairly short one, having been born in the United States and eventually winding up living in Mexico. Though her family was poor they were also happy, especially in the small community they resided in which everyone helped one another. It was here Eva's life was for about seven years to where she learned many basics like any other child. Until APocalypse's forces took over half the world and the threat of South America being bombed was growing more obvious.
At age seven Eva was put on a ship that managed to get some people to escape towards the new colonies on the other side of the world. Here she was made an orphan until her parents came but she would find out a few years later that they suffered in the atomic bombing. Five years since then Eva has lived and learned at a local orphanage in a small city around the United Kingdom shores.
She has also learned to adapt to a street life off to the side that has resulted in a few scuffles and the many scars she bares today. But it was also at age ten her powers manifested though she wasn't aware of this until she ran into two other mutants and at first strengthened them then weakened one and disabled the other. After that she has kept this gift to herself and currently there is no record of it save for her decent skills.
