The Current Plot:
It has been five years since Apocalypse's reign, after he stepped into power as Charles Xavier fell after Legion had attempted to kill Magneto but instead killed his own father by accident. Apocalypse's ruling over the Earth has had many things have changed, the once familiar continents such as North and South America have been beaten by nuclear attacks and Canada is slowly turning into desert wastelands known as the badland. He has started to shape Earth into his liking, grabbing a hold of many of Earth's resources and claiming most of the land. However unknown to him or his loyal subjects, there are still many that object him, the X-Men still thrive, under the watchful eye of the Master of Magnetism, known as Magneto. There are also other groups like the humans who have been waiting for a chance to rebel against Apocalypse's ruling but have only been hiding as they attempt to cling to life. Also there many other secret mutant groups who have remain hidden in hopes of a simple thing of survival, or they wish to fight as well and have found no chance to fight back. Hope seems to have left many as they try to adapt Apocalypse's iron fist, but it seems that in the shadows of every living being's mind, that maybe brighter events may come once again.
