Notes on NPC Characters

NPC Characters are special characters that are highly needed in plots or over all site. These characters will be at first used by the admin or global administrators to help things keep going and at a steady pace. So the roleplaying doesn't get boring. These characters however can be adopted out once someone wants them. Their profiles however are half fixed and the admin want to see if the person interested on the adopted character has the potential to use the canon. Once the rest of the profile has been filled out they can be free to use them.
