  Super human strength: Scarlett's Shiar strength allows her to press one ton on earth's gravity easily. As she is half human she can lift more than one normal human can. However if she presses more than that, she will succumb to weakening stamina and straining on her muscles.

  Minor Telepathy: Since her mother had been a minor telepathic mutant when she was around she gained the ability to talk to other's through her mind. Many parts of this included reading thoughts, shielding her thoughts from others, and occasionally sending out attacks through the mind. Such eccessive use over these powers may Scarlett to cause to tire easily. So she tends not to use these powers that often so she does not get exhausted, and only for emergencies.

• Skills: Hand to hand Combant training: Since Scarlett's days of joining the army she has begun to be a lot ore skillful in this range. Managing to take down opponents with her strength or even with a single punch. She seems to practice this area quiet a bit when she is not on duty.
  
  Markswoman: She has the ability to use certain weapons with admirable fashion. Though she commonly wants to use her hands in combat, she may occasionally fight with a knife or a sharper weapon if one is appropriate.
  
  Tracking: In her days in the woods she has learned skills to help her hunt or even catch someone who is well ahead of her. She does not do it by scent, but by observaying the world around the hunter's tracks.
  
• History: Scarlett's descendents lie beyond this world, as she has never felt at home on earth she wondered where exactly it was to this day. Her parents consisted of one Shiar member who's name is unknown as the father, and a human mother who bared the child. Before the mother had the child she realized that the warrior had left the earth and even though he had promised to return, he never did. And so her mother had been crushed, despite this she decided to have the infant and let it be born. The child seemed to be a normal human at first, but soon red hair and feathers were grow in by the age of two. So at this point the mother had feared that the child would not be welcomed by the humans that were in Russia and decided to abandon the baby and left it at an orphanage.
  
  As the owner of the orphanage took the child in, they realized it did not have a name and named her Scarlett after her red hair. And even despite her odd looks they brought her in, in hopes of finding a family that would take care of her. However, fifteen years passed as Scarlett found no one to look after her, as she was now old enough to be on her own she abandoned the orphanage and fled as fast as her feet could take her.
  
  Soon she saught refuge in a small forest where she stayed in order to help hone her skills as she hunted and prayed on animals that lived there. Occasionally forced to steal from humans, she managed to get around for awhile. However as the oncoming endslaught came for the Earth as Apocalypse Rose. Scarlett attempted to flee the beaten European Countries in hopes of finding sanctuary. Yet that day never came as she was forced into the army unwillingly, and is now looking for a way out of this mess. On her first few weeks she stumbled across a human that was making his way out of the realm that had apparently been prisoner. Scarlett managed to easily over power the human with her powers and as the blood dripped from her feathers, the other members seemed to call out her name as the 'scarlett feather.'
