Pietro's arm and body seemed to burn badly. The events of saving the twins had bruised him in several places, especially the stomach. As for recently he had returned home from going down into the city areas to get away from the days of the mansion. But it had proven him wrong for a good idea in his thoughts. Now his arm had been burned and singed from the attack that he had encountered. He was almost there, though, he had to push his body a bit more even when his legs wanted to collapse. The hilly mountain top was even a bit more traitorous for the speeder that had taken him roughly an hour to climb. With a normal human, probably more like a few days. None the less, he understood why his father had chosen this place as a base for the X-Men. Xavier's mansion would do no good-they would probably blow it up again if they saw him.
As he managed to climb up the path he always took, the one that he was familiar with that he climbed every day just to get some exercise. Was certainly more than a daily run, it was a chore. He could see the front steps, but he was aware of the consequences that lied there, there were weapons that could have mistaken him for an enemy. But his legs could not go any further he realized, they ended up collapsing underneath him as he sat on the rocky side. Now he was wondering if he would pass out soon since he had lost so much strength on the climb out here. But he could not do that just yet, he was almost there, he wanted to get the other's to know that he was there.
That was it; maybe a telepath could hear his mind calling out for him. He'd do it verbally too if someone was nearby and he couldn't hear them. "Is someone there? Is anyone there? It's me Quicksilver; I doubt I can make it much further!" He called out as hard as his lungs could go. He dared himself to look over at his burned arm to see how it was doing. Even though Analisa had only singed it, it had already looked like he had gotten degree burns from. 'My arm still feels like it's on fire.' He moaned to himself.

She had just finished her most recent burn treatment, but it didn't seem to be doing anything. The burn on her arm from the metal rod still looked semi-recent. It had stopped hurting, thanks to the hydrotherapy the others were trying, but it didn't look any better. She still had it bandadged whenever she wasn't getting the treatment done or taking a shower. She sighed and turned off the television. Nothing good was on any more. And she hadn't completely recovered from the mental strain the day she and her sister had been rescued. Hikari was still out cold, which was making Hikaru worry. Hikari had never been out of it for so long. It had only been a few days, but with how much energy she'd released...
She made her way to the front door, needing the fresh air that had been so lacking in those years of confinement. She reached for the doorknob when a strange voice assailed her mind. She winced, then recognised it as the one called Pietro. She opened the door, spying him outside. She knew she didn't have enough strength to help him up on her own, so she stretched her mind out behind her into the mansion to call for any of the others who could. It's Quicksilver, she told whoever might be listening. Seems like he tired himself out on his run this morning. She sighed and walked outside after gathering her mind back up. She rubbed her forehead. Even that hurt. And she should've been able to do that easily.
She walked over to him, then saw his arm. She winced. "You should try the hydrotherapy they're giving me," she told him. "My burn still looks bad, but it doesn't hurt any more. It might help you more, though." She tilted her head slightly. "I'd offer to help you, but I know I don't have the strength. Using both of my powers with the collar on strained my mind." She sat down next to him. "I can offer you some of my energy, though. I just figured out how to transfer it through a telepathic link. Though, it might only work with Hikari." She had indeed tried it with her sister, to see if it would work. She had sent her sister a bit of her energy through a telepathic link, hoping it would help Hikari wake up sooner.
"Thank you," she said quietly after a moment. "For helping us... Thank you."

Quicksilver was at first certain that no one had heard him, and wondered if no one was around. But then again, the speedster was one to look at things fast, sometimes he ended up missing small details since he did not get a reply back. So he ended up looking at the ground, his silvery white hair falling everywhere it could on top of his head. However he did notice movement out of the corner of his eyes. Someone did seem to notice his call for help earlier. As they got closer, he realized it was one of the twins, and being so young that they were, he was sure that they couldn't help him up. He was a full grown man at least one hundred and seventy pounds, he doubted that they could lift him easily. "I thought no one heard me. But I guess I was wrong." He said looking at Hikaru.
"Well I guess you could say, I'm open for anything at this point...even the Hydrotherapy. You see, I had gotten into a fight earlier with a girl who knew dark magic and used it to create flames. At least that's what I think. Magic and spirits... This was the result from that fight." Pietro said but he knew that maybe Wanda would have had a bit better of an understanding about magic. He didn't know much about it except what it could do hand onto a person. Though he wasn't going to do another investigation like that any time soon.
"If you think it'll work, go for it." Pietro said as he looked away from his arm knowing what it already looked like. The last thing he needed to loose was his appetite for something to eat.

Hikaru winced again when she heard how he got the burn. "Hydrotherapy might not work on dark magic," she admitted after a moment. She took a breath and tentatively made the connection, reaching into his mind. It was so strange. His mind moved so quickly. Then again, so did the rest of him. She began to slowly feed her own energy across the link to him, along with the hope that it would work. After about thirty seconds, she stopped the flow, then retreated from his mind. She rubbed her onw bandadged burn gently, then looked away from him.
A breeze blew past, and Hikaru smiled slightly. Despite the most recent development with her sister being moved to Intensive Care, she found simple joy in the colors of the world. At least, this small part of it. Her sister would be alright, of that she was certain. She would know if something happened. Their twin connection went deeper than just telepathy. She would be the first to know if Hikari was never going to come back.
"So... Did... Did you know my father?" she asked suddenly. "I... I never met him, but mom always said that he was one of the nicest people she'd ever met." She looked at the sky. "I did ask for someone else to come down if they can, but I'll stay and talk if you want me to."

Pietro wasn't used to the mind link, probably he never would, and they as in the telepaths would be the same. His mind was fast, every thought was faster than most humans would make. So there was room for error, of course he learned to avoid most of them, especially in fighting. He made sure that he was the first one to move. As he felt the energy come towards him he shook a bit, trying to stand up right again so he couldn't fall over once more. Once she completed her task, Hikaru stopped and moved away from his mind as he looked back at him.
He shook his head to when Hikaru mentioned her father, not once had he met the famous telepath. If he had met him it was already going to be too late, and he and his sister were too young to perhaps really understand much. "No I never met him. Magneto recruited my sister and I afterwards, we were still living in Europe at the time, and he only discovered us with Cerebro that way. Surprised that he had living offspring. I'm sure Magneto may not mention it but I'm sure he sees a lot of Xavier in you and your sister. He knows more about him than I do." Pietro said trying to offer some sort of help towards her after she did.
"I'll sit for a moment or two and if no one comes I'll try standing." Quicksilver offered. "I don't mind having some company, I haven't had anyone to talk to since I had gotten in the fight. Climbing up a mountain can get a bit lonely sometimes."
