Apperance:Lila is a fairly physically fit, lean, and slender woman with dark tan skin. She has long wavy dark brown hair normally pulled back into a pony tail but is a bit past her shoulders, soft lilac colored eyes, and slightly high cheek bones and broad shoulders. In some definition she has striking beauty that can turn heads. Lila is also 5'7 in height and weighs 156 lbs.
Her clothing is normally tank tops and sleeveless shirts, long pants or shorts. Pretty much she prefers anything that is not too constricting and allows her chance to use her natural agility and great maneuverability. But she does wear a self made suit of a dark blue sleeveless shirt, dark blue jeans with black pinstripes down the sides, and a navy blue sleeveless vest.With it she also wears a wave pattern bandana, navy blue fingerless gloves, and bares wave tribal design tattoos around her upper arms.
Personality:Lila is certainly a hot headed and stubborn woman who holds herself high no matter what the situation. In fact she is quite sassy and doesn't hold back from speaking her own opinion on things. There are most times she can also seem quite cold and cruel towards most everyone, treating them like inferior to her. Of course this primarily comes from her attitude.
Though on the inside there is some kindness in her but she prefers to block it out then let it show. In fact you might be lucky to see her smile that isn't some kind of smirk or showing some kind of wickedness to it. She can sometimes also be somewhat of a flirtatious woman, using her feminine charm to get what she wants.

Hydrokinesis-Lila can control and manipulate several forms of liquids ranging from every day drinks, the ocean, ponds, lakes, and rivers. Though her control can also range to turning ice to water and some forms of body fluids like saliva and blood. With is she can shape most anything out of water such as weapons,water projectiles, split or move it, create waves, and even walk on the water with concentration.
Marine form-In this form Lila could almost resemble a mer-person but not exactly. This grants light green stream-lined scales, spine-like fins along her forearms and lower legs, gills along her neck, and protective layer of her eyes, plus webbed hands and feet. She can breathe for up to half an hour in this form and swim at 65 mph in deep water. Her hydrokinesis also has some use when in this form.
Adamantium bone claws-An unusual mutation she has at one point were bone claws, something strange for someone of her powers and found to likely be a secondary mutation. But when Lila enlisted into the Weapon X program she was given adamantium bones, though only partially and enough to give her these claws.
Minor healing abilities-Lila can manipulate the natural healing antibodies in her body or others to be able to heal come wounds. But the amount of energy she uses to do this depends on how serious the wound is. Minor ones take little energy and something serious as torn muscle and tendons can take a lot out of her from effort.

-Her healing powers do not help with broken bones and could cause her to faint if she uses them too much.

Lila was an orphan since the day she was born, having been put up for adoption when her parents couldn't take care of her. Least that was their intention but later on when Lila becomes older she would come to resent her parents, believing they simply abandoned her. But from that time to around her early teens Lila enjoyed a decent life at the orphanage as it was well kept, and the people who owned it were quite caring compared to most places. This one was located in Hawaii, Lila herself being a born native there, and often would go to the nearby beach.
During her young years from 5 to 12 she became active in many swim meets and even at one point had a liking for surfing but soon gave it up. It was also during this time she took up martial arts and the unique form of parkour, also known as wall running and seemed to be excelling in both for some time. Around 13 her powers of hydrokinesis and her marine form manifested during a swim race, the activation being quite surprising and nearly injured several racers. After this life changed for Lila at the orphanage as people began to somewhat fear her and mainly because when around any liquid she would test her power and was soon an outcast.
When she became 15 and the rise of Apocalypse was apparent the now resentful and bitter young Lila decided to abandon the orphanage and never turned back when she left. She traveled for a few years, avoiding capture by Apocalypse's forces and came to join the Weapon X program at 18, which by this time she had discovered her healing abilities and her bone claws. Shortly after she joined the program one of the scientists approached Lila with an offer to be stronger and she took it up, ending up in a project to gain adamantium bones but there was only enough for partial use. Two years later she still has the partial metal skeleton and remains loyal to weapon X.

Lila quickly darted between two old buildings, panting slightly from her long run with tracking down some henchmen of Apocalypse, the men having trespassing on her current post for Weapon X operations. But she had to keep quiet and a low profile, watching the men until they left the area. So far they were lollygaging along and it was irritating Lila no end that she couldn't engage them. The group was no bigger then five, an easy challenge she could handle without back up. Yet she was ordered to not engage the enemy no matter what and leaving her to track them instead.
Already irritated from lack of activity this wasn't helping that the men were twenty feet away from her at all times. She was quicker however and could easily take out three with one fowl swoop, but she resisted. Instead the water user waited with forced patience for them to continue. But it was five solid minutes before the men finally moved on from their spot and Lila kept following.
After two more agonizing hours, still itching to attack the intruders, they finally left and Lila reluctantly turned back to head to the underground outpost. The day had spent following the nuisance of Apocalypse and now Lila would have to find something else to do while she waited for her next mission. Though it had been some months since she had seen any action or been assigned to anything, but she was beginning to wonder if there was much more for her to do. Though as soon as she thought of it her earwig buzzed, an advisor ordering her to return immediately and with a grin the young female did so, having high hopes this was what she had been waiting for.
